My stay at Ha Hotel surpassed all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism stood out. Not only did they upgrade our room, but their genuine friendliness made us feel truly welcome. The room, though compact, was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with excellent shower facilities. One highlight was the cozy restaurant terrace where we enjoyed delicious Italian coffee-a true delight. The peaceful and spotless environment of the hotel was exceptional. The small details, like the free toiletries and the efficient heating system, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff's attentiveness, especially Dani's insightful tips, enhanced our experience, making us feel truly cared for during our time in Bosnia. The upcoming spa complex hints at even more incredible amenities to come, solidifying Ha Hotel as a must-visit gem in the heart of Bosnia.
